The Regulated Woman is six weeks of going all the way in — into the nervous system, the patterns, the stories that have been running the show since before you could name them. We're not treating symptoms here. We're changing the ground beneath your feet.
This is somatic work. NLP work. Live coaching, weekly practices, and a community of women who are done performing wellness and ready to actually live it.
Most programs teach you tools. This one changes the operating system beneath them. The reason breath-work hasn't stuck, the reason you can identify your triggers but still get swept up in them, the reason calm feels like something you have to earn — is not lack of information.
It's a nervous system that learned, somewhere along the way, that dysregulation was safer than ease. That bracing was smarter than trust. That being in control of everything was the only way to feel okay.

Four stages. Built to move you through — not around — the patterns that have kept you stuck. This is the architecture underneath everything we do together.
We start in the body. Building a nervous system baseline that isn't dependent on everything going right. Safety that comes from inside — not from controlling the environment around you.
What has been suppressed gets expressed — safely, somatically, with precision. This is where the weight you've been carrying gets put down. Not bypassed. Put down for good.
You learn to hear yourself clearly. To know what you actually want, need, and feel — without the noise of old conditioning drowning it out. Real self-trust is built here.
The identity shift. Where the woman who was run by her nervous system steps back — and the woman who was always underneath steps forward. This is the rewire. This is who you've been moving toward.
Each week builds on the last. Nothing is siloed. Everything is integrated. By week six, you're not applying what you learned — you're living from who you became.

We map where you're actually starting from. Not where you think you are — where your body is. You will identify your specific nervous system patterns and map your personal triggers — not to explain them away, but to stop being ambushed by them. Your first somatic practices begin here. Not next month. This week.
"Regulation is a skill, not a personality trait."
The first week plants the seed. This week it takes root. We deepen the somatic work and begin layering in NLP to shift the unconscious associations running underneath your patterns. The woman who cannot stop replaying the conversation. The woman who braces for criticism before it arrives. The woman exhausted by her own mind. We work directly on the wiring — not the symptoms.
"Honesty requires safety."
A regulated nervous system creates space. Space to feel what you actually feel. Space to say what you actually mean. This week we do the work of emotional truth — not venting, not performing vulnerability, but learning to express yourself with clarity and without collapse. Better communication is not about finding the right words. It is about having enough safety inside yourself to let the honest ones out.
"Connection without self-abandonment."
This is the relational week. We look at the patterns you carry into your closest relationships — the fawning, the withdrawing, the overgiving, the inability to receive without guilt. We use attunement practices to help you feel safe in connection again, without losing yourself to it. And once you can be in relationship without losing yourself, the deeper question becomes unavoidable: who is the self you have been trying not to lose?
"Who are you when no one needs anything from you?"
Identity work. The part most programs skip because it is the hardest to sell and the most important to do. The NLP work goes deep here — old patterns, old stories, old roles that no longer serve you rewritten at the subconscious level. Who are you when you are not performing, achieving, managing, fixing, or shrinking? This week we begin to answer that question in the body, not just the mind.
"This holds when life gets hard again."
The woman who walked in six weeks ago and the woman who is leaving are not the same person. This week we make sure she knows it. We anchor everything into how you move through the world from here — not as a set of tools you remember to use, but as a way of being you no longer have to think about.
